Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaslaCare services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. WaslaCare reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Service Description

WaslaCare is an on-demand home and unit services marketplace operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We connect customers seeking home maintenance, cleaning, and lifestyle services with verified service providers.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register.

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely through our platform using approved payment methods (Mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay). Payments are held in escrow until service completion. Platform fees and applicable VAT (15%) will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings subject to the following: cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund; cancellations made 12-24 hours before receive a 50% refund; cancellations made less than 12 hours before are non-refundable. 6. Service Provider Obligations

Service providers must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and certifications. They are required to maintain a minimum 4.0 star rating and 90% job completion rate. Providers are independent contractors and not employees of WaslaCare.

7. Limitation of Liability

WaslaCare acts as a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected. Disputes between customers and providers will be mediated through our dispute resolution process.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
