1. Service Provider Obligations

As a WaslaCare service provider, you agree to: maintain all required licenses and certifications, arrive on time for scheduled appointments, perform services with professional standards, maintain proper insurance coverage, respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours, and comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

2. Commission & Payment Terms

WaslaCare charges a 15% commission on all completed service transactions. Your net earnings (85% of service fee) are processed weekly every Sunday. Minimum payout threshold is SAR 100. Payment is made via bank transfer to your registered account. You are responsible for your own tax obligations including VAT registration if applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Providers may cancel confirmed bookings with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a SAR 50 penalty. No-show incidents (failure to arrive within 30 minutes) result in a SAR 100 penalty and full customer refund. Three or more no-shows within a month may result in account suspension.

4. Quality Standards

Providers must maintain a minimum 4.0 star average rating. Ratings below 4.0 for two consecutive months will trigger a quality review. Providers who fail to meet quality standards may be required to complete additional training, face reduced visibility in search results, or have their account suspended.

5. Liability & Insurance

Providers must carry professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of SAR 10,000. WaslaCare provides supplementary coverage up to SAR 50,000 per incident for verified providers. Claims must be reported within 48 hours. Providers are solely responsible for damages caused by their negligence or misconduct.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. WaslaCare may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for: fraud, safety violations, consistent low ratings, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, pending earnings will be paid within 30 days.
