When you place an order, your payment is held securely in escrow by WASLA. The vendor never receives the funds directly until you confirm satisfaction with the delivery. If there is a dispute, the escrow funds remain held while our team reviews the case and mediates a fair resolution. You can request a full or partial refund through the dispute process.
If a vendor misses the agreed delivery deadline, an automatic 48-hour extension is granted. If the vendor still hasn't delivered after the extension, you can escalate the issue to our support team. You will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund or negotiate a new deadline directly with the vendor.
When the vendor delivers their work, you can review it and request revisions using the "Request Revision" button on the delivery page. Each service package specifies the number of revisions included. Provide clear feedback using the quality checklist so the vendor can address your concerns accurately. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges.
You can cancel an order within the first 24 hours for a full refund, provided the vendor has not yet started work. After work has begun, cancellation is subject to a partial refund based on the progress completed. If a milestone has been delivered and accepted, that portion is non-refundable. Contact support for assistance with cancellations after work has started.
