Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Construction and renovation work is permitted Sun-Thu 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM only. Music and gatherings must not disturb neighboring units.
Small pets (cats, small dogs under 15kg) are allowed with prior registration. Pets must be leashed in common areas. Owners are responsible for cleanup. No exotic animals.
Each unit is allocated 2 parking spaces. Visitor parking is limited to designated areas. No vehicle repairs in parking areas. Speed limit within compound is 20 km/h.
Pool hours: 6 AM - 10 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied. Shower before entering pool. Gym equipment must be wiped after use. No glass containers near pool area.
Any structural modifications require written approval from management. Interior painting and minor repairs are allowed. External modifications (fencing, landscaping) require approval. All contractors must register at the gate.
