Payments are processed automatically within 3-5 business days after order completion. Funds are released from escrow to your preferred payout method. KSA vendors receive payments via bank transfer, while international vendors can use Payoneer, Wise, or bank transfer.

If a dispute is raised, the payment is held in escrow. Both parties can submit evidence. Our admin team reviews the case and makes a fair resolution within 5-7 business days. You can track dispute status in your orders section.

Go to My Services, select the service you want to update, and click Edit. You can modify pricing, packages, and delivery times. Changes apply to new orders only — existing orders keep their original pricing.
