Team Model Philosophy

Founder + 2-3 Core + Outsource Rest.

Wasla operates on a lean-core model: founders own strategy, product, and key partnerships. A small core team (2-3 FTEs) handles daily operations. Everything else — development, design, marketing execution, legal — is outsourced to vetted vendors until revenue justifies in-housing.
