WaslaWork is free to browse and post projects. We charge a small service fee on completed orders to keep the platform running, secure payments, and provide dispute resolution. Vendors set their own prices for services, and customers pay the listed price plus a small service fee.

Yes, signing up as a customer or vendor is completely free. Customers can browse services and post projects at no cost. Vendors can create a profile and list up to 5 services on the free tier.
The 5% customer service fee and the 10% vendor commission are only charged when an order is successfully completed and the customer releases the escrow payment. No fees are charged for cancelled or refunded orders.
No hidden fees. The only charges are the service fee (5% for customers), commission (10% for vendors), and payment processing fees which vary by payment method. Everything is transparent and shown before you confirm.
Yes, you can change your plan anytime from your vendor dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
We support Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and Google Pay for KSA customers. International customers can pay via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Vendors in KSA receive payouts via bank transfer, while international vendors can use Payoneer or Wise.
