Browse service categories, select a vendor, and click "Contact Vendor" to discuss your project. Once you agree on scope and pricing, the vendor will send you an offer with milestones. Review and approve the offer to place your order.
How do I pay for a service?
We support Mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and BNPL options (Tamara, Tabby). Your payment is held in escrow until each milestone is completed and approved by you. No cash payments are accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the vendor starts working. Once work has begun, you can request a cancellation but it will need to be reviewed. Funds for unstarted milestones are fully refunded. Started milestones may be partially refunded based on progress.
How do disputes work?
If you're unsatisfied with a delivery, you can open a dispute. Our team will review the evidence from both sides within 48 hours. The escrow funds remain held until a resolution is reached. You can also request revisions before escalating.
How do I rate a Pro?
After accepting a delivery, you'll be prompted to rate your experience. Rate the vendor on communication, quality, timeliness, value, and professionalism. Your review earns you 50 loyalty points and helps other customers find great vendors.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You can request unlimited revisions (as agreed in the offer). If the vendor cannot meet your requirements, you can open a dispute for a full or partial refund. We hold the money in escrow until you are satisfied with the work.
