Download the WaslaCare Provider app or visit our website and click "Become a Provider". Complete the registration form, upload your documents for verification, and you can start receiving bookings within 24-48 hours after approval.

What documents do I need for verification?

You will need a valid national ID or Iqama, a commercial registration (for businesses), relevant trade certificates or licenses, and a profile photo. For some specialized services, additional certifications may be required.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are held in escrow and released to your WaslaCare wallet after the customer confirms satisfaction. You can transfer your wallet balance to your bank account at any time. Transfers typically process within 1-2 business days.

What is the platform commission?

WaslaCare charges a competitive platform commission on each completed booking. The exact rate depends on your membership tier. Basic members pay the standard rate, while Professional and Enterprise members enjoy reduced commission rates.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your provider dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

Is there a free trial?
