Payments are processed automatically after each completed job. Funds are held in escrow until the customer confirms service completion, then transferred to your WaslaCare wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account (Al Rajhi, SNB, etc.) anytime. Payouts are processed within 1-2 business days.
WaslaCare charges a 15% service fee on each completed job. This covers platform operations, customer acquisition, payment processing, and insurance. There are no upfront fees or monthly charges. You only pay when you earn.
Go to Settings > Service Area to update your coverage zones. You can select specific neighborhoods in Jeddah or expand to nearby cities. A larger service area means more job opportunities, but consider travel time when setting your radius.
If you need to cancel a job, do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties. Go to the job details and tap "Cancel." Frequent cancellations affect your reliability score and may reduce job assignments. Emergency cancellations are reviewed case by case.
If a customer opens a dispute, you will be notified immediately. Provide any evidence (photos, messages) through the dispute resolution center. Our team reviews all disputes within 48 hours. Funds remain in escrow until the dispute is resolved fairly.
Go to Documents from the More menu. Tap "Upload New Document" and select the file from your phone. Supported formats are PDF, JPG, and PNG (max 10MB). Documents are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification once approved.
