Pricing FAQ

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the current billing period. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Basic drops to SAR 799/mo, Professional to SAR 1,999/mo, and Enterprise to SAR 3,999/mo when billed annually.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe to any plan. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.
