Tap "Submit Request" on your dashboard or go to Requests tab, then tap the "+" button. Select a category (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.), describe the issue, and optionally attach photos. Management will assign a technician.
We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. You can save your card for automatic monthly payments or pay manually each month through the Payments page.
Go to the Schedule tab to view all upcoming and past maintenance visits for your unit. You'll receive push notifications 24 hours before each scheduled visit.
Use the Visitor QR feature from the More menu. Generate a one-time or recurring QR code and share it with your visitor via WhatsApp or SMS. They scan it at the security gate for entry.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 5-day grace period is provided. After that, a SAR 100 late fee applies. Payments overdue by more than 30 days may result in service restrictions.
